Quote of the Day

Malcolm X

“If you aren’t careful, the newspapers will have you hating the people who are being oppressed and loving the people who are doing the oppressing.”

MALCOLM X, speech at the Audubon Ballroom in Harlem, Dec. 13, 1964.

FYI, far-right theocrats, multimillionaire Hollywood actresses, middle class gays in North America and Western Europe, he wasn’t talking about you.

Is it possible to draw a conclusion from the fact that Malcolm X was murdered by the violent black supremacists as he become more moderate whilst Martin Luther King was killed by a white racist as he become more outspoken against poverty in the United States?
