It is a mystery to me why people think ‘celebrities’ have anything interesting or informative to say outside their area of expertise or ‘talent.’ Why would anyone want to listen to ex-goal hanger Gary Lineker’s tendentious views about history? Why would anyone with an IQ in double digits want to hear what drug-addled simpleton Lily Allen thinks about politics?
Talking about ‘talent,’ apparently the multitalentless Kardashian clan are stopping their ‘reality’ show after fourteen (!) years. This is something I have never understood. Kim Kardashian lacks even the more basic attribute for being a ‘pinup’ – she is simply not good-looking. She is famous for an online sex tape. And the rest of her freeloading family are famous for being related to someone who has an internet sex tape. Odin give me strength.
